Dear Auction Attendee,
In just a few days we will be gathering to enjoy social time with our community and support our school, teachers, and students. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Please review the information below to prepare for what will be a fabulous evening.
What to Wear: Cocktail Attire Encouraged. Black Tie Optional.
What to Bring: Your Auction Catalog. Your credit card.
Where to Park: Street parking (free, along Mt. Diablo Blvd, but no overnight parking)
Parking structure at Lafayette Park Hotel (can be limited with narrow spaces)
Valet ($10 charge)
Where to Go: Registration opens at 5:45 by the elevators. Collect your bid paddle, swipe your credit card (to have on file), and find your table. PLEASE arrive early with plenty of time to park and socialize and have time to bid on the wonderful silent items and raffles.
Where to Sit: There will be assigned seating. You will receive your bid paddle with your table number on it when you check in. As much as possible, we attempt to seat you with another parent from your child's class, but also hope parents have the chance to get to know new families as well. Please do not move table name cards, as the wait staff uses them to guide meal placement.
What to do:
6:00 Silent Auction and Raffle Sales begin (Wine, Vacation, Teacher, Lucky 7)
6:00–7:30 Hosted cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and silent auction
7:15 Silent Auction begins to close
7:30 Dinner, Presentation, and Live Auction
9:00 Social Time
Check Out: Opens at 9:30 p.m.
Please check out at the registration table to gather any items or certificates and confirm payment method. Receipts will be emailed, unless you request a printed copy.
