In just a few days we will be gathering to help celebrate The Saklan School’s 60th Anniversary.   

We look forward to celebrating with you! Please review the information below to prepare for what will be a fabulous evening.

When & Where:  Friday, March 27 @ Roundhill Country Club, 3169 Roundhill Rd, Alamo

Start Time: 6:00 PM

Registration:

Please check in at the registration table to collect your bid paddle, swipe your credit card (to have on file), and find your table assignment.

There are many fun items and raffles to bid on, please arrive on time so you have time to socialize and see all of the exciting silent items and Class Art Projects!

Timeline:

• Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and silent auction 6:00-7:30 PM (Silent items will start to close at 7:15).

• Dinner, Presentation and Live Auction 7:30-9:00 PM

• Music: 9:00-10:00 PM

Check Out:  Opens at 9:30 p.m.

Please check out at the registration table to gather your items & certificates and to review purchases, verify payment, and confirm email. Receipts will be emailed to you.

What to Wear:  Celebratory or Cocktail Attire Encouraged. Black Tie Optional.

Table Seating: There will be assigned seating. When you check in you will receive your bid paddle with your table number on it. As much as possible, we attempt to seat you with another parent from your child's class.
